HOA Dues for Burning Tree South Addition?

Burning Tree South lot owners do not have assessments as there have never been any common land or facilities owned by Burning Tree South’s HOA (Burning Tree South Area #4 Association, Inc.) nor can the board of directors enforce the covenants.

Burning Tree Area #4 Association, Inc board of directors has put no lien on any lot in Burning Tree South.

BURNING TREE SOUTH WELCOME WAGON

City Ordinances  regarding grass  height, weeds, trash, and junk in yard such as toys and household furniture and garbage. The City of Tulsa also has ordinances against inoperable cars parked in your driveway, cars parked on a city street over a certain amount of hours, boats parked in driveway, fence height, jay parking -parking on the wrong side of the street, etc.
